Curious About the Orthodox Faith?
Come and see the deeper story — the ancient joy still singing beneath the noise of the world.
The Greek Festival is, of course, a celebration of food, music, and laughter. But beneath the dancing and the baklava lies something older and deeper: the heartbeat of a living faith. If something in the beauty of our songs or icons has caught your attention — even faintly — then we'd like to suggest that it's not by accident.
For many, modern life feels like a house with all the lights turned off — familiar, but dim. The Orthodox Church invites you into a place where the lamps are still burning, where the world is lit again with meaning. Here, heaven and earth still meet. Bread becomes Body. Time opens into eternity. The Divine Liturgy, offered every week with reverence and joy, is not a performance — it's participation in a mystery.
You don't have to know everything. You don't have to be certain. But if you're hungry for something true and lasting, we welcome you to come and see. Speak with a priest. Stay for a service. Or just ask your questions as you wander through the cathedral during the festival.
You are welcome here.
Speak with a Priest
Fr. Gregory Edwards, Dean of the Cathedral, or another priest from our parish would be glad to speak with you during your visit—or anytime afterward.
