Our frozen pastichio is perfect for dinner parties and family gatherings. Each tray serves 9–12 people and includes easy heating instructions for a delicious, homemade-style Greek meal.

Heating Instructions

If Frozen:

  1. Loosely lift the lid or cover.
  2. Bake covered at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  3. Remove the cover and bake uncovered for 1 additional hour.
  4. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.

If Thawed:

  1. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  2. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
